² Everyday transactions are all of these: Everyday Cheque and Preauthorized Payment Transactions are cheque transactions and preauthorized payments (PADs) from Vancity Accounts, Everyday Online and Mobile Transactions are bill payments, cheque deposit using Vancity Mobile Deposit™, transfers from Vancity Accounts made online using a computer, mobile phone, Mobile Device or using Vancity’s automated Telephone Banking service, Everyday In-Person Transactions are Account withdrawals, bill payments, transfers to or from Vancity Accounts conducted person-to-person, over the phone with our branch staff or Member Service Centre staff, Everyday Debit Card Transactions are debit card purchases or ATM cash withdrawals or ATM transfers from Accounts.
³ The direct deposit must originate from a single source and continue, on a reoccurring basis, for a minimum period of 6 months from eligible Payments Canada transaction codes 200- 229 or deposits by employeers approved by Vancity. The first payroll or pension deposit to your new account must be deposited in your new account by April 4, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST.
⁴ The pre-authorized payments or bill payments must be debited and must clear from your New Account by April 4, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST.
⁵ If you apply for a Vancity enviro Visa Infinite card by February 5, 2024 and are approved, an annual fee of $120 will be charged on the first statement after we approve your application (whether or not the card has been activated), but we will credit your account by $120 on that same statement in order to reverse the charge (the “Annual Fee Offer”). The Annual Fee Offer is only for the first year for the Primary Cardholder and will appear on your first statement. Refer to terms and conditions for additional details.
⁶ You will receive 5,000 Vancity Rewards welcome points (the “Welcome Points”) only after the first eligible purchase is made on the Visa Infinite Account. To receive the Welcome Points, you must make your first transaction within the first 90 days of opening your Visa Infinite Account.
⁷ You will receive an additional 13,000 Vancity Rewards points (“Spend Bonus”) when you spend $3,000 in eligible purchases within three (3) months of Visa Infinite Account opening. Any returned items, refunds, rebates or other similar credits on any eligible purchases resulting in the spend criteria not being met will reduce or cancel the Spend Bonus in Vancity’s sole discretion. Cash advances, cash-like transactions, balance transfers, and the amounts you pay in interest or other types of fees on your Visa Infinite Account are not eligible purchases for the Spend Bonus. Vancity reserves the right to determine what qualify as eligible purchases.
⁸ Enviro Visa Infinite cardholders have access to participating lounges through the Visa Airport Companion Program (“Program”), hosted and managed by DragonPass International Ltd. Cardholders must enroll for this benefit using a valid enviro Visa Infinite card. The value of a Visa Airport Companion membership (managed by DragonPass International Ltd.) is based on the value of purchasing a DragonPass membership ($68 USD) converted into CAD at an exchanged rate of 1.32.
