The Vancity Constitution and Rules provide a framework for how Vancity is governed. The documents were most recently amended by a membership vote in April 2018 for updates and clarity.

Vancouver City Savings Credit Union Constitution
The Constitution was amended to reflect current legislation and Vancity’s approach to serving members. Vancity’s common bond of membership, approved in 1999, has also been incorporated into the Constitution for completeness and accessibility for our members.
Vancouver City Savings Credit Union Rules
The Rules were revised to:
- reorganize and simplify them; and
- remove outdated and unnecessary references while ensuring they continue to meet legislative requirements.
